Barkatoolah
Amina Barkatoolah holds a BA honours in
English & a “doctorat” in education. She is bilingual and
bi-cultural.
She is an expert with French and international institutions
and firms in management of competencies, recognition & accreditation of
prior learning and cross-cultural understanding, communication and
negotiation.
Working regularly with specialised institutions in the
United Kingdom and the USA,she is a consultant for UNESCO and the ILO ( Geneva )
and has coordinated European projects aiming at employability and professional
mobility of workers.
Her work consists of setting up and implementing
tools for individual and collective management of competencies.
She has
conducted several studies regarding the concept of competencies and
qualifications, training and coaching in intercultural communication and
negotiation.
Her seminars and conferences related to the above mentioned
fields were delivered in the following countries: France, the United Kingdom,
Switzerland, Canada, Tunisia, Mauritius...
She has written several
articles & monographs and contributed to some publications in the United
Kingdom.
She taught “Comparative Human Resource Management”at ESCP-EAP,
the European school of management in Paris and at HEC.
